Refund policy

      While we hope you will be very happy with your purchase we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. You can either send the goods you wish to return to the Cahill Jewellers Returns Department

at the address below, or return your goods in store within 21 days of receipt.

Online Returns: As long as the goods you send back to us reach us within 21
days of receipt in their original packaging, unused and unworn- [if they are
not, we may be unable to accept the goods] we will refund your purchase
with 30 working days of receiving your package.

Online Returns to Store: You will be able to return online orders within 21
days of receipt for an exchange or gift card in store. If you wish for a refund,
it will be processed according to our online returns policy stated above. We
won’t be able to refund you for the goods in store, it will have to go through
our online returns process.
